Planning inputs stay in your browser
The room-fit calculator and project-brief builder process their inputs in your browser. You can use them without creating an account or supplying an email address. Keep personal contact details, addresses, access codes and sensitive information out of the planning fields.
Copying and printing are your choices
The brief is not submitted to Useful Spaces or sent to a contractor. When you choose to copy or print it, your browser and operating system handle that action. Review the content before placing it into another application or sharing it with someone you select.
What the application counts
The application records coarse page, content-link and completed-tool activity using the site, event category, calendar day and count. These are aggregate events, not unique-visitor measurements. Event records do not contain your brief, measurements, name, email, IP address, visitor identifier, full referrer URL or query string.
Hosting, fonts and external sources
Cloudflare delivers and secures the site and processes the network information needed for those services. Pages may request fonts from Google Fonts. Following an external source link sends a request to that service under its own policies. Useful Spaces does not set analytics cookies or create individual browsing profiles.
Your choices
Blocking the event endpoint does not stop the local tools from working. Choose separately which provider or other service receives a brief you have copied or printed; no service request is submitted by using the planning tools.
